6 AM Club
Early bird get the Burn. Designed to bring out the inner athlete in everyone. This class can include, but not limited to weight training, speed & agility, cardio, and flexibility work. Designed to jumpstart your metabolism and energize your body with a high-intensity workout that combines cardio bursts, strength training exercises, and dynamic stretches, all modified to suit all fitness levels. Perfect for early risers looking to conquer their day with a powerful morning sweat session.
Crossfire
Crossfire is a challenging, comprehensive, effective and fun total body HIIT workout for those looking to burn fat, sculpt lean muscle mass, strengthen the core and increase energy and endurance. H.I.I.T. stands for high-intensity interval training, and is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
Brunch with Heather Leigh
Just like your favorite brunch spot, there’s nowhere else you’d rather be on a Sunday morning! Heather Leigh serves up a fun and dynamic full-service workout that will leave you feeling energized and satisfied. No two workouts are ever the same—you’ll never get bored!
Expect a high-energy mix of martial arts-inspired moves, fast-paced cardio, and strength training designed to target your entire body while building stamina and coordination. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, all levels are welcome. So come ready to sweat, move, and have a blast—because this is one Sunday ritual you won’t want to miss!
Snatched!
The Sculpting Cardio workout.A non-stop 45min workout, this class is body-weight based with light to medium weights, mini bands, and gliders. Alex designs the exercises to challenge your strength, mobility, balance, and cardiovascular system. Sculpt, tone, and get “snatched!”
Originally designed to meet the physical demands of the dancer, this class is for all bodies who want to get in shape, move well, and love a music-driven/ rhythmically-fueled workout!
Cardio Dance Party!
No competition. No ego. Just pure fun! Whether you’ve got two left feet or the rhythm in your soul, this class is for everyone. Join us as we groove to your favorite hits with simple, follow-along choreography designed to make you sweat, smile, and feel amazing. It’s all about moving your body, having a blast, and getting a killer workout—no dance experience needed!

Shredded

Abs and Ass
The name says it all. This is an advanced booty and abs focused workout. Equipment used will vary from heavier weights, leg bands, ballet barre and pilates balls. Your booty and abs will be pushed to the limit- be ready to work. It will be worth it.
Dance Body - Barre
Dance Body is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that combines ballet, Pilates, and strength training to sculpt and tone the body. Using the ballet barre, light weights, and other props, you'll perform small, controlled movements, high repetitions, and isometric holds to build strength, endurance, and flexibility.
Set to energizing music, this class targets the arms, legs, glutes, and core while improving posture and balance. No dance experience is required—bring your energy and get ready to shake, burn, and transform!
