What’s up, everybody! I’m Chris Reid, a fitness professional with 13 years of experience as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, strength and conditioning coach, and mentor to fitness enthusiasts of all levels.
My journey started as a Division 1 collegiate basketball player at Purdue University, followed by a career in semi-professional basketball here in the U.S. After my time as an athlete, I transitioned into the world of personal training, bringing my passion for movement, strength, and performance to clients from all walks of life.
In San Francisco, you may have seen me leading high-energy workouts at Barry’s Bootcamp as a founding instructor for the NorCal franchise, coaching battle ropes and circuits at Crunch, pushing limits with HIIT training at Equinox, or elevating endurance at Lyon Street Steps. My approach is all about sweat, hard work, and delivering an unforgettable experience.
