Andre Blair
Andre is a NASM-certified personal trainer with over three years of experience coaching both individuals and groups. Specializing in functional fitness, strength training, and power development, he is dedicated to helping clients build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that extend far beyond the gym. Andre is passionate about creating a supportive, empowering, and fun training environment where clients feel challenged, motivated, and capable of reaching their goals. He believes fitness is as much a mental journey as it is a physical one, emphasizing the confidence, discipline, and resilience that translate into everyday life.
A lifelong fitness enthusiast, Andre began strength training at age 16 and deepened his passion for performance and conditioning through several years of CrossFit training. When he's not coaching, you'll find him taking functional fitness classes, strength and power training, playing basketball or volleyball with friends, or enjoying the occasional hot yoga or reformer Pilates class.
Fun Fact: Andre recently competed in the HYROX Men's Race in Anaheim and is already preparing for his next event.
